Get ready, summoners! Patch 25.06 is here, and it’s bringing some Massive changes to the Rift. Whether you’re a top lane bruiser, a jungle assassin, or a bot lane carry, this patch is going to shake up the meta in ways you won’t want to miss. We’ve got 10 ADC changes, a much-needed nerf to Darius jungle, a mini-rework for Neeko, and so much more. This is the patch that could redefine your climb, so buckle up as we break down the New Best LoL Boost Tier List for every role in League of Legends!
System Changes: Warmog’s Buff and Lane Swap Adjustments
Patch 25.06 brings tweaks to Warmog’s Armor and lane swap mechanics, with Dr. Mundo benefiting the most from the item buffs while Riot continues to refine the lane swap debuff system for better balance.
Warmog’s Armor Buff
Warmog’s Armor is getting a significant buff this patch, but it’s really only going to benefit one champion: Dr. Mundo. The item’s passive heal is increasing from 10% to 12% of your max health from items, and the cost is dropping from 3,300 to 3,100 gold. While this is a nice buff for Mundo, it’s unlikely to bring Warmog’s back into the meta for other champions. Mundo will see a boost, but don’t expect to see this item on many other picks.
Serylda’s Grudge Adjustments
Serylda’s Grudge is also getting tweaked. You’ll lose 5 ability haste but gain an extra 5% armor penetration. While this is a slight nerf in terms of gold efficiency, the extra armor pen will be more valuable in the late game. Champs who already build Serylda’s will still find it useful, but don’t expect new champions to start picking it up.
Lane Swap Debuff Changes
Riot is continuing to tweak lane swaps. The activation time for the lane swap debuff is increasing from 90 to 95 seconds, and the debuff will fall off earlier in the top lane (15 seconds sooner). Mid lane debuff duration is also being reduced from 3 minutes and 30 seconds to just 2 minutes and 15 seconds. Additionally, the minion penalty is being lowered from 50% to 25%. These changes should make lane swaps a bit more viable, but they’re still not the dominant strategy they once were.
Top Lane Tier List: Fiora Rises, Garen Falls
The top lane meta sees a shakeup as Fiora’s mana buffs propel her into the S tier, while Garen’s crit scaling nerfs knock him down a peg, making room for other fighters to shine.
Fiora (S Tier)
Fiora is getting a huge buff this patch. Her Q mana cost is being reduced from 20-40 to a flat 20 at all ranks. This is a massive quality-of-life improvement, especially at level 9 where her mana cost drops by 50%. Fiora’s win rate is expected to rise, and she’s moving into the S tier for top lane.
Garen (A Tier)
Garen, on the other hand, is getting nerfed. His E crit scaling is being reduced from 175% to 150%, which will hurt his mid-to-late game damage. While Garen has been a strong pick recently, this nerf will knock him down to the A tier.
Gwen (A Tier)
Gwen is receiving a mix of buffs and nerfs. Her base health is increasing, but her health growth is being reduced. Her passive AP ratio is being lowered, but her Q base damage is going up. Overall, these changes should make her laning phase a bit stronger, but her burst potential will be slightly weaker. She remains in the A tier for now.
Singed (S Tier)
Singed is getting a unique buff that will make laning with him much easier. If his poison trail ticks on an enemy minion and your minion gets the kill, Singed will still get the credit. This change will make it easier for Singed to farm without having to last hit as much. While his Q damage is being slightly nerfed, this new mechanic could lead to a significant win rate increase, especially in lower elos. Singed stays in the S tier.
Jungle Tier List: Jarvan and Shyvana Dominate
Jarvan and Shyvana are set to take over the jungle with significant damage buffs, while Darius takes a hit to his early clear speed, shifting the focus toward gank-heavy champions.
Jarvan IV (OP Tier)
Jarvan is getting a big buff to his Q damage, increasing from 80-240 to 90-250, and his bonus AD ratio is going up from 140% to 145%. Jarvan has already been strong in recent patches, and this buff will push him over the top. He’s moving into the OP tier for jungle.
Shyvana (OP Tier)
Shyvana is also getting a significant buff to her Q damage, increasing from 16-68 to 20-80. Like Jarvan, Shyvana has been strong recently, and this buff will make her even more dominant. She’s joining Jarvan in the OP tier.
Darius (S Tier)
Darius jungle is getting nerfed. His passive monster damage modifier is being reduced from 300% to 200%, which will slow down his early clear. This nerf will likely drop his win rate by 2-4%, but he’ll still be a strong pick. Darius is moving from the OP tier to the S tier.
Kha’Zix (A Tier)
Kha’Zix is getting some much-needed buffs. His passive damage and E bonus AD ratio are both being increased. While these changes won’t make him a top-tier pick, they should make him a solid A tier option.
Mid Lane Tier List: Neeko Mini-Rework
Neeko receives a mini-rework, with her W now offering untargetability and a more dynamic playstyle, making her a more versatile and skill-expressive pick in the mid lane.
Neeko (A Tier)
Neeko is getting a mini-rework this patch. Her W is being completely changed to function more like her old ultimate, and she’s gaining untargetability for 1 second on cast. These changes should make Neeko more versatile and increase her skill ceiling. While her win rate might drop initially as players adjust, she’s expected to be a stronger pick in the long run. Neeko remains in the A tier for now.
Twisted Fate (B Tier)
Twisted Fate is getting a minor buff to his base armor, but it’s not enough to push him into the top tier. He’s staying in the B tier.
ADC Tier List: Smolder Rises, Caitlyn Falls
Smolder gets a much-needed boost to his W and R, while Caitlyn’s nerfs to her traps and ultimate damage push her down the tier list, opening the door for other ADCs to dominate.
Smolder (B Tier)
Smolder is getting some huge buffs this patch. His W and R are both being significantly buffed, which should make him a much stronger pick. Smolder has been a bottom-tier ADC recently, but these changes should move him up to the B tier.
Caitlyn (B Tier)
Caitlyn is getting nerfed this patch. Her W bonus damage and R damage are both being reduced. While Caitlyn has been popular, these nerfs will make her less dominant. She’s moving from the A tier to the B tier.
Lucian (S Tier)
Lucian is getting a buff to his E cooldown, which will make him more aggressive in the early game. With other ADCs getting nerfed, Lucian is moving up to the S tier.
Tristana (OP Tier)
Tristana is becoming one of the strongest ADCs in the game. With her core items getting buffed and other ADCs getting nerfed, Tristana is moving into the OP tier.
Support Tier List: Karma Nerfed, Janna Shines
Karma’s Q damage nerf drops her out of the S tier, while Janna’s peel potential makes her a top pick to counter the rise of dive-heavy junglers like Jarvan and Shyvana.
Karma (A Tier)
Karma is getting a nerf to her Q damage, which will hurt her laning phase. She’s moving from the S tier to the A tier.
Janna (S Tier)
Janna is looking strong this patch, especially with the rise of dive-heavy junglers like Jarvan and Shyvana. Her peel power makes her a great counter to these champions, and she’s moving into the S tier.
Final Thoughts: Climb the Ladder with the New Meta
Patch 25.06 is bringing some major changes to the League of Legends meta. Whether you’re a top lane bruiser, a jungle assassin, or a bot lane carry, there’s something in this patch for you. Make sure to adapt to the new best LoL Boost Tier list and take advantage of the buffs to champions like Fiora, Jarvan, and Smolder. Good luck on the Rift, and may your climb be swift!
